Who We Are :
We are a full service company; we specialize in Commercial Cooking and Refrigeration Equipment Repair and Install. We have been in business 40 years serving all of Vermont, some parts of New Hampshire and New York. We represent many companies who are leaders in the Commercial Lines of Equipment. Which allows us direct access to parts and service for these companies.
Preventive Maintenance Programs
By definition, preventative maintenance is a proactive strategic service program designed to maximize equipment performance over its entire lifecycle, which ultimately contributes to a company profit and loss.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) accomplishes this by checking specification compliance and proactively identifying potential issues that can be corrected before they cause interruptions.
Our Company's History
Tom Pratt started the company back in 1977. He had a hand full of business cards and a van, driving all over the state of Vermont building his business. The company has grown over the years serving many of our local business. Tom & Theresa retired in 2009, turning the company over to their children, Lori McLellan and Steve Pratt. This family run business serves all of Vermont and parts of New York and New Hampshire. We have partnered with many of the major companies in this industry as their service agent for Vermont. We look forward to working with you.
